Office Based: Swindon (Remote working available)

Remuneration: Β£30,000 - Β£35,000 + Uncapped Commission

The role of the Telesales Executive – Fire & Security will involve:

  • Telesales Executive position focusing on a high quality range of CCTV connectors but also selling a range of fire & security systems (monitoring, CCTV systems, alarms, access control, fire suppression systems)
  • Primarily an outbound sales call with quality volume outreach with some inbound leads
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, activity logs and pipeline information within the CRM system
  • Selling to security providers and construction companies
  • Maintain, grow and develop both new and existing customer relationships
  • Responsible for generating sales leads via outbound calls and emails
  • Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional fire & security products and services to both new and existing customers
  • Keep in touch with existing customers and reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts

The ideal applicant will be a Telesales Executive – Fire & Security with:

  • Must have outbound Sales experience within the Construction sector
  • Energetic, resilient, hardworking, organised and confident
  • Must be confident in picking up the phone and calling customers
  • Previous experience within the Fire & Security sectors would be highly advantageous
  • Customer orientated and focused
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personable, friendly demeanour
  • Computer and Microsoft Office literate
