The role of the Telesales Executive β Fire & Security will involve:
- Telesales Executive position focusing on a high quality range of CCTV connectors but also selling a range of fire & security systems (monitoring, CCTV systems, alarms, access control, fire suppression systems)
- Primarily an outbound sales call with quality volume outreach with some inbound leads
- Update and maintain accurate customer records, activity logs and pipeline information within the CRM system
- Selling to security providers and construction companies
- Maintain, grow and develop both new and existing customer relationships
- Responsible for generating sales leads via outbound calls and emails
- Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional fire & security products and services to both new and existing customers
- Keep in touch with existing customers and reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts
The ideal applicant will be a Telesales Executive β Fire & Security with:
- Must have outbound Sales experience within the Construction sector
- Energetic, resilient, hardworking, organised and confident
- Must be confident in picking up the phone and calling customers
- Previous experience within the Fire & Security sectors would be highly advantageous
- Customer orientated and focused
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personable, friendly demeanour
- Computer and Microsoft Office literate
