The role of the Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve:

  • Project Manager position overseeing a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for commercial and residential projects
  • Managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Carrying out regular site visits across the UK, monitoring progress, resolving issues and providing updates on programme, budgets and resources.
  • National travel may be required, visiting project sites to oversee progress, attend meetings and support delivery.
  • Managing material procurement and coordinating deliveries to ensure projects run efficiently and without delay.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in line with specifications and programme.
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring work is completed to the required quality, health & safety and company standards.
  • Responsible for projects ranging from £1k - £1m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems with:

  • Must have experience dealing with sprinkler systems
  • Must have Project Management experience
  • Will have understanding of ISO9001 & related regulations
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
  • Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in
  • High levels of organisation
  • Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
