Project Manager – Drylining & Partitions

Job Title: Project/Contracts Manager – Finishing Trade Products

Area to be covered: West Midlands (Typically 3-4 days per week)

Office Based: Stafford

Remuneration: Β£40,000 – Β£60,000

Benefits: Travel Expenses, Company Pension and Comprehensive Benefits Package

Responsibilities

  • Project/Contracts Manager position dealing with a high quality range of drylining, interior systems and commercial interiors projects.
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Managing projects from pre-start through to completion.
  • Liaising with design, production, site and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Attending pre-contract and client meetings where required.
  • Managing client queries, resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Ideal Applicant

  • Must have Project or Contracts Management experience within the Construction industry.
  • Highly advantageous to have experience with one or more of the following: building products, dry lining, ceilings, partitions, steel framing systems, flooring, painting, plasterboard or a related interiors/finishing trade products.
  • Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
