The role of the Head of Sales – Contract Fabrics will involve:

  • Head of Sales / National Sales Manager position promoting our clients manufactured range of wall coverings and fabrics into the commercial interior sector.
  • Majority of your time will be spent managing, developing & coaching a team of 12 Area Business Managers & Key Account Managers.
  • Will be a player manager dealing with key accounts / selling to interior designers, architects, furniture manufacturers, OEM’s, hotel chains, NHS, restaurants, pubs and end users.
  • Set budgets for the team and strategically map the company’s sales growth.
  • Project sizes up to £200,000, typically £40,000.

The ideal applicant will be a Head of Sales – Contract Fabrics with:

  • Must have people management experience in the construction sector.
  • Must have specification sales experience.
  • Ideally interiors products experience however would be open to construction / building products backgrounds as long as you’re a people manager and sold via interior designers and architects A&D.
  • Consultative in approach/ relationship builder.
  • Vibrant, fresh and enthusiastic.
  • Autonomous, driven and excellent territory planning skills.
