Remuneration: £50,000 Neg. Basic + Up to 50% Commission & Profit Share

The role will involve:
- Field sales role selling the design, manufacture and distribution of a large portfolio of fire and smoke control products.
- 50% of your time account managing circa 75 HVAC distributors on the area (60% of the revenue on the area comes via distributors).
- 50% of your time managing circa 75 contractor/consultant relationships on the area.
- Influencing main contractors and M&E Contractors as well as winning specification with M&E consultants.
- Typically presenting one CPD per week (virtually or face to face).
- 50% new business development, 50% account management role.
- Following specifications through to order.
- Order values up to £100,000, but typically £10,000+.
- Responsible for a key territory with a turnover in excess of £5m, targeted to achieve 15% growth.
- Typical projects with healthcare, commercial, hotel, prisons and education.
- Weekly virtual meeting with rest of field sales team.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Proven track record of field sales with HVAC related products, ideally allied to ventilation.
- Experience selling via HVAC distributors as well as M&E contractors and M&E consultants.
- Comfort with CPDs.
- Strong IT skills (CRM proficient) and well organised.
- Capability of both generating new business and managing/expanding existing accounts.
- Ability to work on own initiative and works well with others.
- Self-motivated, good communicator and hungry.
