The role of the Branch Manager Plastic Buildings Products will involve:

  • Managing a depot selling a range of plastic building products such as rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows and doors.
  • Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales.
  • Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees.
  • Stock control.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
  • Managing the budget and allocation of funds.
  • Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel.
  • Liaising regularly with the Area Sales Representative offering support where required.
  • Networking to improve the branch presence and reputation.
  • Managing a team of 2.
