Remuneration: £47,000 - £52,000 + 2% commission

The role of the Specification Sales Manager will involve:

  • Specification Sales Engineer position promoting a range of radiators, heat interface units, heat pumps and boilers
  • 100% concentration on generating commercial project sales
  • All of your time will be spent selling to and generating specifications with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, local authorities and specifiers
  • Taking over a successful territory currently turning over £700k with a view to significantly increasing turnover year on year
  • Will inherit £700k worth of account however will be expected to generate new business

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager with:

  • Experience in plumbing & heating / HVAC specification sales
  • No job hoppers
  • Heating or ventilation product experience with related products such as: radiators, heating panels, radiant panels, heat pumps, boilers, biomass boilers or related products
  • Experience in sales for commercial projects
  • Experience in selling to M&E consultants and contractors
  • Capable of generating new business relationships pro-actively
  • Experience of building and managing long lasting relationships
  • Genuine desire, hunger and enthusiasm to be successful
