The role of the Business Development Manager Land & Build Surveys will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality build & land surveying service
- All of your time will be spent selling to end users such as NHS trusts, Universities, Travel Lodges, British Museum and the High Street etc.
- 70% new business, 30% account management
- Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Land & Build Surveys with:
- Must have technical consultative sales experience in the construction industry
- Ideally from a services background however open to products
- Ideally some form of surveying equipment or services background (not essential)
- Wouldn't be right for a distribution sales professional
- No job hoppers
