The role of the Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor will involve:
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various permitted development residential conversion projects
- Assist with procurement of subcontract packages
- Measure works and prepare valuations
- Process subcontractor payments
- Assist with cost reporting and CVRs
- Manage variations and compensation events
- Attend site and commercial meetings
- Support the QS with final accounts
- Help maintain project budgets and forecasts
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor industry with:
- Must be a recent Quantity Surveyor graduate
- Experience within Permitted Development would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Confident and articulate
