Area Sales Manager – Paints & Coatings

Industry: Paints, Coatings, Painting & Decorating and related construction sectors.

Location: Central or South East of the country (flexible).

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + commission (to be confirmed).

Car allowance: £5,000 per year (company car may be available).

Role Overview

The Specification Sales Manager – Painting & Decorating will field sell a range of paint & coatings to painters, decorators and main & sub‑contractors.

Key targets:

• Generate new business – majority of time.
• Take ownership of selected accounts.
• Year‑2 turnover expectation: £750k – £1m.
