Area to be covered: North West & Yorkshire (ideally based Manchester or Leeds)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + profit share bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems will involve:

  • Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of mortars, plasters and insulation systems
  • All of your time will be spent selling to key builders merchants & stockist accounts, developers, social housing, landlords, architects, specifiers and contractors with the likes of: Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase & Jewson
  • All back sold through the distribution channels
  • Target will be determined based on your experience
  • Will conduct CPD seminars

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems with:

  • Must have sales experience in the construction industry
  • Would consider someone working within a merchant
  • Ideally from an insulation background however would consider other building products
  • Ideally understand back selling through stockist & merchants such as: Travis Perkins, MKM & Jewson
  • Would consider a contractors & specifier route to market
  • Work as part of a close knit committed and dedicated team
