The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: Central (ideally based Birmingham, Northampton or Leicester)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 plus 30% bonus of basic salary

Benefits: Hybrid or electric company car & comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Field sales position selling a high end range of manufactured specialist EPS insulation systems for walls, floors and roof applications such as suspended floor insulation and cavity wall insulation.
  • All of your time will be spent getting products specified and selling to regional and national housebuilders dealing with technical managers and directors (20+ plots) and groundworkers / groundwork contractors.
  • Managing relationships and back selling through independent merchants.
  • Working alongside other structural/concrete product manufacturers to sell the specialist insulation as part of a packaged system.
  • Dealing with order values ranging from £1k - £100k.
  • Work alongside the internal sales support and provide on-site support for larger projects.

Ideal Applicant:

  • Open in terms of what building products you’ve sold.
  • Ideally have sold to groundworkers or housebuilders (ideally both).
  • Would consider something working for a merchant dealing with contractors for example: Keylite, Burdens and Jewson Civils.
  • Ideally have sold a related building product or civils such as landscaping, paving, concrete, render, EPS, insulations, bricks, blocks, readymix, insulation.
  • Ideally have a demonstrable track record of selling to and opening up relationships with national housebuilders & regional housebuilders (not essential).
  • Smart and presentable in appearance.
  • Able to sell on a technical basis.
  • Hungry, enthusiastic and passionate about the products.
