Area Sales Manager – Industrial Rooflights
Role: Field sales manager selling a high‑quality manufactured range of profiled rooflights for commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings. 60% of your time will be spent selling to industrial roofing contractors and profilers, while 40% will be spent influencing and generating specifications with architects and specifiers. Target turnover is around £2 million, with an area that is already on budget and a healthy order book to inherit. Projects range from £5,000 to £300,000. Follow up on Glenigan leads and deliver two quality customer visits per day, four days per week, working closely with internal and external support teams to maximise the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell to industrial roofing contractors and profilers.
- Influence specification with architects and specifiers.
- Manage a turnover target of £2 million and maintain an existing order book.
- Generate new leads from Glenigan and other marketing sources.

- High levels of organisational, planning, punctuality and prescience skills.
