The role of the Area Sales Manager Commercial Roofing & Cladding will involve:
Field sales position selling a high quality range of fasteners for roofing & cladding systems
All of your time will be spent selling to specialise sub-contractors, roofing contractors and OEMs such as: Kingspan & Tata Steel
Once up and running will be expected to turnover £1m
Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
Project sizes can vary from £100 – £250k depending on size and scope
Fantastic support with NSM and internal team
Typical projects include education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Commercial Roofing & Cladding with:
Must have commercial roofing & cladding sales experience (not domestic)
Must have sold to sub-contractors & roofing contractors and OEMs
Must be able to pick up technical aspect of the role
Must have a hunter mentality
Would consider someone from a technical background however ideally sales
Team player
IT literate
Hardworking and resilient
