Responsibilities
- Architectural Technician role responsible for the preparation / management of architectural and technical drawings from concept through to completion
- Create planning application drawings
- Use Revit software to focus on technical detailing
- Assist with building regulations submissions
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Support project delivery across multiple stages
- Conduct site visits when required across the South West
- Take into account all factors of rural design
Qualifications
- Must have experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
- Must have excellent building regulation knowledge
- Strong understanding of Revit Software
- Ability to create & understand technical drawings
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
