The role of the Account Manager – Commercial Signage will involve:
- Internal Account Manager position building relationships with existing clients for a high quality manufactured range of signage products
- This role will also involve project management, ensuring successful control and completion of projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Pro-actively calling accounts to inform them of new product ranges and providing consultative advice with a view to grow revenue
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries predominantly by telephone and some email correspondence
- Responsible for creating proposals and quotations, identifying opportunities and servicing accounts as required
- Building and developing strong, long lasting relationships with customers and clients
- Working closely with the internal team and existing account managers
The ideal applicant will be an Account Manager – Commercial Signage with:
- Extensive experience within the signage sector, ideally working on commercial projects
- A proven track record in account management, building and growing relationships and project management
- Competent individual with the ability to resolve most customer queries independently
- Comfortable with being on the telephone and liaising with customers
