Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000

The role will involve:

  • Overseeing and managing a range of hard & soft landscaping projects
  • Primarily a site based position visiting projects across London, overseeing an internal team of contractors and labourers
  • A strong mix of installation / maintenance work & people / project management
  • Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed successfully in a timely manner
  • Adhering to all regulations, policies and health and safety procedures
  • Liaising with maintenance staff to ensure that machinery is fully operational and down time is a minimum
  • Providing regular feedback, training and support to the workforce, helping to drive performance, productivity and employee development

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience as one or more of the following: Operations Manager, Team Leader / Working Foreman / Landscaping Supervisor or a closely related role
  • Experience within the Landscaping or closely related market sector
  • Knowledge of Horter culture, vegetation or related would be highly advantageous
  • An existing CSCS card is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • IT literacy and familiarity with manufacturing software
  • Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
