The role of the Estimator – Roofing & Cladding will involve:
- Estimator position focusing on a range of commercial roofing and cladding projects
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices
- Carrying out site surveys as and when required
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing & Cladding with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator within roofing and cladding
- Preferably have experience working on commercial projects
- Ideally have worked with cladding, glazing, rainscreen, curtain wall, standing seam roofs, built up roofs, composite roofs, membrane roofs etc.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent planning, organisation, time management skills
