The role of the Estimator – Aluminium Windows & Doors will involve:
- Dealing with a high end manufactured range of aluminium windows and doors
- Leading the preparation of accurate quotations and cost estimates
- Managing the sales office, overseeing quotations, order processing, workflow and team performance
- Coaching and developing estimators and office staff to improve accuracy, productivity and customer service
- Liaising with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Driving continuous improvement by enhancing processes, monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
The ideal applicant will have:
- Estimating experience within construction
- Experience in a senior, team leader, leadership or managerial level
- Experience with aluminium windows, PVC windows, doorsets, fenestration or related
- Experience with Logikal
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and develop relationships
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
