The role of the Estimator – Aluminium Windows & Doors will involve:

  • Dealing with a high end manufactured range of aluminium windows and doors
  • Leading the preparation of accurate quotations and cost estimates
  • Managing the sales office, overseeing quotations, order processing, workflow and team performance
  • Coaching and developing estimators and office staff to improve accuracy, productivity and customer service
  • Liaising with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
  • Driving continuous improvement by enhancing processes, monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Estimating experience within construction
  • Experience in a senior, team leader, leadership or managerial level
  • Experience with aluminium windows, PVC windows, doorsets, fenestration or related
  • Experience with Logikal
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and develop relationships
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
