The role of the Senior Design Manager – Façade Systems will involve:

  • Management and design of a high quality manufactured range of façade systems for commercial projects.
  • Attending design meetings both virtually and in person weekly.
  • Building, growing and managing an internal team of Designers while working closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients.
  • Supporting both external sales and internal teams, providing technical input and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Developing detailed design specifications for products and projects.
  • Offering 1st line technical support by telephone, email, and occasional site visits.
  • Supporting new product launches and exhibitions as and when required.
  • Reviewing, creating, and analysing project/product designs.

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Design Manager – Façade Systems with:

  • A technical understanding of the building envelope market sector open to: façades, cladding, curtain walling, glazing or a closely related product/system.
  • People management experience.
  • Existing project management experience (ideal).
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
