Location: Walsall
Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000

Responsibilities
- Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production line for formwork and falsework systems
- Manage and oversee the production personnel to achieve maximum production efficiency
- Initiating continuous improvement in quality, plant functionality, value for money from suppliers and contractors, health, safety and environmental performance and team working
- Ensure that all regulations, policies and health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure that plant machinery is fully operational and downtime is minimized
- Identify areas of the production line that need improving to increase productivity
- Provide regular feedback to the workforce around performance
Qualifications
- The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager Formwork & Falsework with:
- Must have leadership experience as in Production Management
- Ideally will have technical knowledge of production equipment including safety, maintenance and efficiency
- Must be an excellent communicator and leader
- Lean manufacturing skillset (5S), IOSH & NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous
- IT literate and familiar with manufacturing software
- Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
