Responsibilities

• Managing a depot selling a range of plastic building products such as rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows, and doors.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales.
• Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees.
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
• Managing the budget and allocation of funds.
• Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel.
• Networking to improve the branch presence and reputation.
• Managing order values ranging from £50 to £20,000.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working as a Branch Manager within a builders merchant.
• Proactive and positive individual.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbally.
• Good understanding of H&S practices.
