Job Title: Trainee Recruiter / Resourcer – Construction Recruitment

Remuneration: £20,000–£25,000 negotiable depending on experience + open-ended bonus scheme

The role of the Trainee Recruiter / Resourcer in Construction Sales Recruitment will involve the following responsibilities and career development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Initially will be resourcing on behalf of a senior consultant
- Interviewing professionals from the construction industry to establish their requirements and motivation for their next opportunity
- Matching candidates to client requirements and vice versa
- Generating and maintaining a constant flow of fresh sales opportunities, typically 10 new vacancies a week
- Managing the recruitment process from arranging initial interviews to second interviews and closing job offers on behalf of candidates
- Updating our CRM system
- Being mentored, trained and managed on a daily basis
- Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team
- Based from modern offices in the heart of Nantwich
