Industry Sector: New Build, Social Housing, Councils, Local Authorities, House Builders, Developers, SME, Regional Developers, Heat Pumps, Pumps, Water Heating Systems, Hot Water Systems, Heating Systems, Boilers, Renewables, Plumbing & Heating, HVAC, Flues, Controls, Ventilation, Specification, Specification Sales
Area to be covered: National (western side - will focus between Glasgow to Birmingham) ideally based Manchester or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + circa £17,500 bonus paid quarterly
Benefits: Electric company car + benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps purely to new build / social housing market sector
- All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, developers, councils, local authorities and social housing
- Currently got relationship with Bellway, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon etc therefore your responsibility will be to target regional / SME projects however will be able to target nationals
- Predominately a new business position however will be given some accounts to manage
- Turnover target tbc
Qualifications & Profile:
- Must have field sales experience in the new build and social housing sector
- Open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
- Dynamic with a strong work ethic
- Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
