Role Summary
The role of the Business Development Manager Plumbing & Heating Systems will involve:
- Dealing with a range of underfloor heating systems sold into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders.
- Achieving new business sales targets by building and managing a strong, right‑sized pipeline.
- Proactively generating new opportunities through structured prospecting and face‑to‑face appointments.
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and order handover.
- Maximising customer spend through value‑based selling, upsell/cross‑sell, and collaboration with Key stakeholders.
