Responsibilities:
- Sales Manager position selling a variety of conservatories, orangeries, sliding doors, bi-fold doors, composite doors, French doors, aluminium windows, uPVC windows and extensions.
- Managing a junior sales person and working with administration staff.
- Selling to high net worth end users and builders/contractors.
- Handling inbound sales enquiries and a CRM.
- Order values ranging from £5k - £50k.
- Tending to phone and email enquiries on a day to day basis.
- Following projects through to completion liaising with installers and end users.
Ideal applicant:
- Must have 3 years of sales or account management experience in the UK construction market.
- Ideally have experience selling conservatories, orangeries, sliding doors, bi-fold doors, composite doors, French doors, aluminium windows, uPVC windows and extensions.
- Experience managing a CRM.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Growth focused, driving expansion and pipeline.
- Organised; able to manage leads, pipelines, following projects through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be hungry and driven.
