Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration position dealing with a high end manufactured range of LED lighting products
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via email and telephone
  • Direct support with the sales team to build quotations
  • Utilising CRM (MRP Easy) software within the business
  • Support sales team with management of product samples
  • Handle in-person enquiries when customers walk into the studio
  • Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times; adhering to our company values

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years experience in a Sales and/or administration role
  • Must be IT literate and technically savvy with manufacturing software (MRP Easy & ERP)
  • Ideally familiar with aluminium machining, aluminium forming, die casting, electroplating and powder coating
  • Must be an excellent communicator and leader
  • Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
  • Vibrant, energetic and full of life
