Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance services to end users across commercial, residential, education and leisure sectors. Projects will include schools, colleges, hotels, universities and office blocks.

Selling and Pipeline Expectations

  • Develop a project pipeline of circa £2 million.
  • Turnover targets will be established based on experience.
  • National coverage with a central base.

  • Business development experience in the fire sector (passive fire, fire doors or cladding).
  • Experience selling to end users in commercial and residential project sectors such as hotels and schools.
