- Promote a market‑leading high‑quality range of fixing systems
- Manage and develop a team of 3 marketing executives and external marketing partners
- Responsible for creating and implementing marketing and product strategies
- Liaise with sales team to stay up‑to‑date with UK trends
- Attend trade shows such as UKCW and Screwfix Live
- Maintain regular dialogue with the German R&D team
- Manage and support purchasing, testing, marketing, launching and training on new products
Qualifications:
- Marketing and product management experience in fixings & fastenings or closely aligned sector such as building envelope
- Proven track record of implementing product/marketing strategies
- Previous experience managing a team is ideal but not essential
- Ability to hit the ground running
