The role of the Service Engineer – Automatic Doors will involve:
- Field Service Engineer position dealing with the diagnosis, service and maintenance of automatic doors and entrance systems
- Conducting fault finding, stripping down, and the repair of automatic door systems and equipment
- Ensuring all equipment is left in safe working order, restored in-line with BS 7036 and BS EN16005 safety standards
- Submission of detailed reports on the work carried out, findings, details of stock used, and a video of the doors left in working order
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Adhering to H&S practises at all times
The ideal applicant will be a Service Engineer – Automatic Doors with:
- Must have Engineering experience dealing with automatic doors / automatic entrance systems
- Must have ADIA/ADSA BS EN 16005 accreditation
- High levels of attention to detail
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
- Motivated, highly organised, team player
