Responsibilities
- Estimator role position responsible for producing tenders, negotiation, providing assistance and covering enquiries.
- Assisting on a range of commercial and new build projects.
- Will be responsible for taking enquiries from clients over the phone and email.
- Offering technical guidance and advice to clients.
- Analyse drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of projects.
- Writing up quotes on the back of enquiries and talking through the quote with the client.
- Build and develop relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Must have estimating experience within the fenestration market sector.
- Highly advantageous if experienced in the secondary glazing, primary glazing, glass, glazing, windows, doors, fenestration market sector.
- Ideally will have a good understanding of technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and develop relationships.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic.
