Job Title: Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery
Location: Leicester
Remuneration: £55,000 + Discretionary bonus
Benefits: 22 days annual leave, Health schemes and Company benefits package
The role of the Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery will involve:
- Project Manager position for a range of bespoke joinery projects across residential and commercial sectors
- Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments
- Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion
- Write up health and safety documents for each individual site
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project
- Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
- Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Manage large projects up-to a value of £750k
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery with:
- Must have experience as a Project manager, ideally within the joinery industry although would be open to someone with experience with interior fit-out, refurbishment, bespoke interior products or closely related.
- Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory / manufacturing experience
- IT literate
- Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
