Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell directly to owners/MDs of building contractors, joinery contractors, and installers.
  • Influence housing associations and social‑housing framework providers at a regional buyer, operational or compliance manager level.
  • Grow the sales area by £1.5 million and achieve an average project size of £50,000.
  • Follow up lapsed accounts and leads from Glenigan and Zoom Info.
  • Visit client depots twice per month.
  • Handle both new‑build and refurbishment projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Field sales experience with housing associations, social‑housing providers, FM companies, education, healthcare, commercial or residential clients.
  • Proven business‑hunter with experience selling into contractor/installer networks (Tier I not required).
  • Specific knowledge of fire doors is not essential; general appreciation of passive fire protection is preferred.
  • Strong team player, able to work autonomously.
