Location: Kent
Remuneration: Β£30,000 β Β£33,000 (Bonus based on KPI)
Schedule: 0800-1800 Monday to Friday
Benefits: Pension, 22 days annual leave
Responsibilities
- Customer Service Manager position dealing with a range of fastenings, fixings, hand tools, site equipment and PPE.
- Respond to inbound queries with technical knowledge and advice.
- Receive and respond to complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage orders and provide relevant communication to customers.
- Assess and manage any service escalations as required.
- Liase with other teams and locations across the company.
- Looking after order values ranging between Β£5,000 and Β£4,000,000.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience within B2C customer service role.
- Ideally have experience in related construction background such as fastenings, fixings, hand tools, site equipment and PPE.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn the technicalities of different products.
