Job Title: Project Manager – Resin Flooring
Office location: Coventry or Leeds (covering projects nationally)
Remuneration: £52,000 - £57,500 + bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Resin Flooring will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Manage the delivery of multiple resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK.
- Coordinate site teams, labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to keep projects on programme.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, health & safety and client requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, costs and performance, resolving issues and managing variations where required.
- Liaise with clients, principal contractors and internal teams from mobilisation through to project completion.
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Resin Flooring with:
- Must have experience in a project manager or site manager role
- Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Confident and articulate
