Role Overview: This is a field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of render systems such as coatings, acrylics and silicones into new build and refurbishment projects. Predominantly selling into main distribution channels via independent and national builders and decorating merchants, while also stimulating demand and directly selling to main and sub‑contractors. The remainder of your time will be selling into housing developers and homeowners. An element of both key account management and new business development is required.

Qualifications & Experience: Entry level – open to those outside the construction industry, working within a merchant or as an applicator / on the tools. Ideally have some exposure to sales, either external or internal. Genuine get‑up‑and‑go attitude, determined, tenacious and hungry hunter mentality to grow the business.
