Responsibilities
- Sell a high quality range of facades panels
- Work on projects within the education, hospitals, hotels and student accommodation sectors
- Engage architects, house builders, local authorities, social housing, main contractors and sub-contractors
- Achieve turnover targets set by area and experience
- Handle order values ranging from around £3k – £150k+
- Deliver CPD presentations
Qualifications
- Experience selling building envelope systems or related products
- Experience selling to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users
- Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate
