Role Overview

The role of the Area Sales Manager Safety Barriers & Solutions will involve field sales of a high quality range of safety solutions such as safety barriers, bollards, height restrictors and safety gates. The majority of the role will be focused on generating new business in the industrial market sector, targeting large end‑user clients such as DHL, Nestle, BMW, JCR, etc. Turnover target £1m+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field sales position selling safety solutions (barriers, bollards, height restrictors, safety gates).
  • Generate new business and develop existing client relationships.
  • Target large industrial end‑user clients.
  • Achieve turnover target of £1m+.

Ideal Applicant

  • Previous field sales experience with aligned products or route‑to‑market experience in industrial doors or safety solutions, or end‑user customer experience.
  • Business development experience.
  • Experience in product sales of height safety, safety gates, bollards, guard rails, industrial doors, high speed doors, shutters, rollers, balustrades, bumpers, damage protection products and wall coverings.
  • Experience in solution‑based sales focused on quality over price.
