The role of the Account Manager – Commercial Signage will involve:

  • Internal Account Manager position building relationships with existing clients for a high quality manufactured range of signage products.
  • This role will also involve project management, ensuring successful control and completion of projects in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pro-actively calling accounts to inform them of new product ranges and providing consultative advice with a view to grow revenue.
  • Responding to incoming sales enquiries predominantly by telephone and some email correspondence.
  • Responsible for creating proposals and quotations, identifying opportunities and servicing accounts as required.
  • Building and developing strong, long lasting relationships with customers and clients.
  • Working closely with the internal team and existing account managers.

The ideal applicant will be an Account Manager – Commercial Signage with:

  • Extensive experience within the signage sector, ideally working on commercial projects.
  • A proven track record in account management, building and growing relationships and project management.
  • Competent individual with the ability to resolve most customer queries independently.
  • Comfortable with being on the telephone and liaising with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High levels of attention to detail and organisation.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Driven, hungry, and adaptable individual.
