The role of the Sales Office Manager – Timber Products will involve:

Sales Office position selling a range of timber products such as: timber cladding, fencing, gates, machined timber, wood beams etc.

You will be selling to and dealing with architects, specifiers, project managers, main contractors, developers and sub-contractors

You will be responsible for larger orders and quotations

Managing key accounts and handling any escalations from the team

Maintaining and developing relationships with architects and contractors

Administrative office management duties as required, CRM entry etc.

Managing a team of 4 internal salespeople

Typical project sizes you’ll be dealing with range from £70k-£200k

Must have 4+ years sales experience dealing with timber/hardwood products

However would consider someone outside the hardwood industry providing they have the right sales experience

Must have some experience managing or supervising a small team

Ideally sold to architects and/or main contractors however this is not essential

Any experience with BisTrack beneficial but not required
