The role of the Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out will involve:
- Project Manager position working on a range of commercial refurbishment & fit-out projects
- Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments
- Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion
- Write up health and safety documents for each individual site
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project
- Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
- Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out will with:
- Must have extensive Project Management experience within commercial refurbishment, office fit-out or closely related
- Fresh outlook with the ability to adapt and influence
- Existing people manager
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Confident and articulate
