The role of the Project Manager – Civils & Groundworks will involve:

  • Project Manager position dealing with a range groundworks for the modular building market sector

  • Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks

  • Organising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time

  • Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project

  • Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

  • Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems

  • Must have 3+ years project management experience dealing with groundworks, reinforcement, drainage, foundations, civil engineering or modular construction

  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)

  • Full UK driving license

  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ambitious with a desire to succeed and grow with the company

  • Personable, team player, problem solver, driven and enthusiastic
