Remuneration: £45,000 – £55,000

The role of the HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope will involve:
- HSEQ Advisor position promoting a range of building envelope projects
- May be required to visit sites across the North West
- Ensure standards are maintained throughout project delivery
- Review and monitor risk assessments, method statements and site-specific health and safety documentation
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, site managers and subcontractors to promote a strong health and safety culture
- Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement of HSEQ procedures and management systems
The ideal applicant will be a HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope with:
- Must have experience as a HSEQ Advisor, Manager, Officer or come from a closely related technical position
- Technical understanding of commercial façades, curtain walling, cladding, aluminium windows, glazing & doors or a related building envelope system
- Highly advantageous to have proven leadership and team-management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focused and orientated
