The role of the Internal Sales & Estimating Manager Doorsets & Hardware will involve:

Internal Sales & Estimating Manager position selling a manufactured range of doorsets, screens and ironmongery

Selling into to architects, main contractors and sub-contractors

Responsible for coaching and developing a team of 7 sales estimators & project schedulers

Manage the teams workflow from enquiry stage through to handover to the manufacturing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time

Build and implement new strategies in order to enhance current processes

Actively seek out new sales opportunities via networking

Order sizes can range between GBP30,000 – GBP1m

Must have at least 2 + years of experience coaching & developing a team

Must have experience within the construction industry, ideally for a manufacturer

Ideally will have some project management experience

Any experience with doorsets, screens or ironmongery highly beneficial

Commercially minded with a strong business acumen

Able to work independently as well as part of a team
