The role of the Human Resources Manager will involve:

  • Human Resources Manager position supporting the Senior Management Team in spearheading the overall HR operations and assisting in the delivery of strategic objectives across the business

  • Taking the lead in the full recruitment and selection process, including collating applications, organising interviews, attending interviews as required

  • Draft offer letters and other associated documents for the on boarding of successful candidates

  • Carrying out the inductions of permanent and agency new starters

  • Supporting the management and employees with advice and guidance on employee relations

  • Manage complex employee relations casework including and not limited to dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence reviews

  • Support Senior Management Team in the delivery of Performance Development Reviews

The ideal applicant will be a Human Resources Manager with

  • Must have HR Management experience or operated at a senior human resources level

  • Ideally will have worked within the construction industry, however this isn’t essential

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, empathy and diplomacy

  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)

  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Personable, team player, driven and enthusiastic
