The role of the Human Resources Manager will involve:

Human Resources Manager position supporting the Senior Management Team in spearheading the overall HR operations and assisting in the delivery of strategic objectives across the business

Taking the lead in the full recruitment and selection process, including collating applications, organising interviews, attending interviews as required

Draft offer letters and other associated documents for the on boarding of successful candidates

Carrying out the inductions of permanent and agency new starters
-
Supporting the management and employees with advice and guidance on employee relations

Manage complex employee relations casework including and not limited to dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence reviews

Support Senior Management Team in the delivery of Performance Development Reviews
The ideal applicant will be a Human Resources Manager with

Must have HR Management experience or operated at a senior human resources level
-
Ideally will have worked within the construction industry, however this isn’t essential
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, empathy and diplomacy
-
IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Personable, team player, driven and enthusiastic
