Location: Dundee
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator - Interior Fit-Out will involve:
- Estimator position working on range of fit-out joinery projects across the commercial sector
- General office administration and stakeholder liaison
- Identify tender opportunities, review drawings and specifications, and carry out site surveys and quantity take-offs
- Prepare, price and submit tenders, PQQs and subcontractor packages
- Manage post-contract QS duties, including valuations, variations, cost control and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, managing contracts, payments and retentions
The ideal applicant will be Estimator - Interior Fit-Out with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator or QS
- Ideally have experience within Interior Fit-Out, framing, structural building products, dry walling, partitions or related
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
- Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
- IT Literate particularly excel
