Remuneration: £40,000 – £60,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out will involve:
- Estimator position working on range of fit-out joinery projects across the commercial sector
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Obtain supplier quotations and support competitive tender submissions
- Work with design, commercial and project teams to deliver successful bids
- Maintain pricing records and identify commercial risks and opportunities
The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator working with joinery, fit-out or related
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
- Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
- IT Literate particularly excel
