Location: Remote
Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus
The role of Senior Estimator Facades will involve:
Estimator position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tenders for facade and cladding projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce accurate and competitive quotations
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating costs where appropriate
- Identify project risks, assess material and labour requirements, and ensure all costs are accounted for
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal estimating teams throughout the tender process, providing commercial and technical support
- Working on projects that could range in value between £2m £35m+
The ideal applicant will be Senior Estimator Facades with:
Must have experience as an Estimator within facades
Ideallyhave experience within rainscreen cladding and/or recladding experience
Ability to work well autonomously
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High levels of attention to detail and organisation
Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
