industrial, retail, local authority, residential, commercial, rail, marine & offshore etc. Dealing with 70% cold leads and 30% warm inbound leads Research and uncover leads via social media, networking, Glenigan, Barbour API, cold calling, email Qualify leads and manage them through to quotation stage and assisting with the closing stage Feed the qualified leads to field based technical sales consultant and arrange face to face meetings KPI’s focused on number of calls and emails sent out Manage the whole sales process on smaller projects Project sizes ranging from £10,000 – £1.4mThe ideal applicant will be Business Development Executive – Concrete Waterproofing Solutions with: Must have sales experience within the construction industry, ideally within concrete or waterproofing industry Would consider roles such as: Internal sales, telesales, lead generation, sales development rep, business development executive Must be confident on the phone with an
