Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 (OTE £60,000 uncapped commission)

The role of the Surveyor – Roofing will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of roofing services across commercial and residential sectors such as: flat roofing, pithed roofing, lead roofing and roof repairs
- Attending pre booked surveys assessing various roofs and quoting reroofing or remediation works
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Working on projects up to £50K
The ideal applicant will be Surveyor – Roofing with:
- Must have hands on survey/estimating experience within roofing
- Experienced in any of the following: flat roofing, pithed roofing, metal & zinc roofing, lead roofing, green roofs and roof repairs
- Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills
- IT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)
- Confident and articulate individual
